By accessing or using PennyRa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

–By accessing or using PennyRa, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
–If you are under 18 years old, you may not use this service.
–If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service.

–PennyRa is a web application for personal income/expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
–Free Plan: Core transaction tracking and budget goals. Limits may apply.
–Plus Plan ($2.99/mo or $24.99/yr): CSV import, PDF export, and advanced reports.
–Pro Plan ($4.99/mo or $39.99/yr): All Plus features + Claude AI analysis and priority support.
–We reserve the right to modify service features with or without prior notice.

–You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
–You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account; do not share your password.
–You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
–If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@pennyra.com.
–One account per user; accounts may not be shared or transferred.

–Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), a Merchant of Record; your card details are never shared with us.
–Fees are charged upfront at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
–Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
–Prices may change with prior notice; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
–All amounts are in USD and may not include local taxes.

–14-day money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment.
–You may cancel your subscription at any time; billing stops at the end of the current period.
–Cancellations outside the 14-day window are not eligible for prorated refunds.
–To request a refund, email hello@pennyra.com.

–You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation.
–You may not overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service using automated tools.
–You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the source code of the service.
–You may not compromise the data security of other users.
–You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

–PennyRa, its design, logo, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright.
–Data you enter into the application belongs to you; you may export or request deletion at any time.
–We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active.

–The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
–You are solely responsible for your financial decisions; PennyRa does not provide financial advice.
–We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

–To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PennyRa's total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
–We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
–Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; in such cases liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

–We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
–Material changes will be communicated via email.
–Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
–We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
